Hi all,

I will be going on a long trip in a month, it would be by car which is not aircondition and will probably be during the day when the weather is too hot. I always dread and try to avoid such long trips, because I feel extremely bad afterwards if it is too hot. I usually protect myself with good quality sun creams, drink lots of fluids and ware my sun hat during the trip, but this is an extremely long trip and I feel a bit concerned about it even now, hope the sun wouldn't harm me too much! I would appreciate any advice I can get, just no matter what I try worked out well for me by now, so in the end I end up taking the aspirin.

If you are inside a car you're fine. If you've got to be in the sun during this trip the sun screen, water, and a hat.
Maybe wear light clothes, but with sleeves, so that no skin is showing, but you are cool as possible.
That is about it.
Enjoy the trip.

Thanks, I think I will actually do that, but I doubt it would help me with my headache and exhaustion that I will have afterwards, hope it won't be too bad though.
